When purchasing a video file in license Category V2 you will be bound by the following agreement:

Purpose: Teaching Use in Non-Profit Schools, Colleges or Universities: Use internally within a non profit making school, college or university by one educator or student as a teaching/learning aid. This includes use for personal projects, classroom teaching and other educational uses where the video is used internally by the organisation's own staff and students, but is not made available to the general public. This license does allow repeated uses by the same educator/student. This license excludes use for presentations to other teachers, school posters, fliers, the school newspaper, or any use outside the classroom or for publicising the organisation or any use by commercial training or teaching organisations where the organisation accepts paying customers for profit.

CartoonStock grants the video user a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to copy the CartoonStock video(s) stated above onto ther computer and to use the CartoonStock video(s) and any derivatives or copies (collectively, the "videos(s)") on their personal computer. This license is valid only with respect to the video(s), provided the applicable license fee stated above is paid within the time period set out above.

This license grants the video user only use of the video(s) for the purpose stated above. The video user may not use the video for any other purpose without prior written agreement from CartoonStock.

The video user may not publish a modified version of the video(s) or any part of the video(s) without prior written agreement from CartoonStock. He/she may however modify the video(s) colour/hue/saturation/levels/curves/size/aspect ratio to his/her satisfaction without prior agreement from CartoonStock.

The specified video(s) may not be sold or sublicensed alone or as part of any product other than the product/publication to which this license refers. Use of the video(s) on or in a product does not grant or purport to grant the right to duplicate or distribute the video(s) to any third party or end user.

Pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful use of the video(s) is prohibited.

Where a credit is required, the following wording will be displayed in the immediate vicinity of the video(s): "www.CartoonStock.com".

All rights to the video(s) are owned by CartoonStock or the originator of the video and are protected by United Kingdom or appropriate local copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. The license will terminate automatically without notice from CartoonStock should the video user fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.

For reasons of satirical comment or parody, artists may occasionally include in a video ("the work"), a trademark, trading name, individual's name, otherwise copyrighted term or a feature of the rights of publicity of an individual (collectively "third party intellectual property"). While CartoonStock has permission to license the original work, the permissibility of mentioning trademarks and other forms of third party intellectual property within the work depends on the specific use of the video and the country/jurisdiction in which it is being used. CartoonStock can never be aware of all case law and statute in all countries, therefore ensuring that use of a video incorporating such third party intellectual property is acceptable in any specific context is the responsibility of the licensee and CartoonStock does not give any warranty in this respect.

The video user shall, upon request provide a copy to CartoonStock of any publication, presentation, film or video containing video(s) licensed from CartoonStock.
