1) Find artists and add them to your shortlist.
a) If you don’t have a specific artist in mind, you can select artist(s) by style, either from a ‘Cartoon Style’ picture on the ‘Hiring Home’ page, or using the ‘Cartoon Style’ text links in the left-hand column of any page in the ‘Hire an Artist’ decision tree.
b) If you know the name of the artist you can go to their portfolio page using the drop-down menu in the masthead of the ‘Hire an Artist’ page, or clicking the ‘All Gag Cartoonists’ or 'All Illustrators' link in the left-hand column of any ‘Hire an Artist’ page.
c) Where you like an artist’s samples, you can click the ‘Add to Shortlist’ text link near the top and bottom of their page to add that artist to your shortlist.
2) Finalise your selection.
When you have added all the artists you want to your shortlist, click on the ‘View Shortlist’ icon within the masthead at the top of the page, or the basket icon on the left-hand side of the page to view your selection.
You can remove an artist using the ‘Remove Artist’ box and refreshing the shortlist.
3) Let us know how to get in touch with you, and tell us what you require.
Click on ‘Specify Brief’ on the Shortlist page to fill in your contact information and provide details about the artwork you need commissioning.
Alternatively, just provide your contact details and we will call you to obtain further details of your brief.
