I first imagined the woman explaining why she\u2019s not interested in Waldo:<\/p>\n

  1. \u201cI don\u2019t want someone who just fades into the background.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. \u201cI\u2019m looking for someone who stands out in a crowd.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n

    In the typical \u201cWhere\u2019s Waldo\u201d puzzle, Waldo\u2019s hard to find. In Lian\u2019s cartoon, however, he sticks out like a sore thumb, so I imagined the woman saying, \u201cWhy can\u2019t he just blend in?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Finally, I had the woman explaining why she\u2019s still with Waldo: \u201cI would leave him, but what if I can\u2019t find someone else?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
